Spray off and reapply the bleach/water mixture, allowing it to remain on your feeders for 10 minutes or more. Rinse thoroughly. When cleaning hummingbird or oriole feeders, be sure to clean the feeder ports as well. They can easily get a black mold on them, especially in the Summer months.
